guarantee from the date of purchase on all products* (Exclusions apply)
and even a 5 year guarantee on all our real leather products against
reasonable wear and tear.

Maxy Comfort offer the Highest Quality products, using the
highest quality fabrics all completely manufactured in our factory here
in the UK! We GUARANTEE you that all of our products:-

• Are TRIPLE stitched as STANDARD
• Have undergone numerous testing procedures for safety and strength
• Fully meet UK Fire Safety Regulations
• Have a Unique safety zip feature to stop prying little fingers from letting the bead escape!
• Are made from materials only sourced in the UK!

If a product is returned due to it having a manufacturing fault, this
will be inspected thoroughly and if the fault is deemed to be a
manufacturing fault then the product will be repaired or if irreparable
then a replacement will be given for the SAME product.

*Exclusions: All clearance items are exempt from our standard 1 year
guarantee. Any of our products bought for commercial reasons are also
exempt from our 1 year guarantee but are limited to a 6 months guarantee
as are our pet beds due to the nature of the products. The Bead filling
is also exempt from our 1 year guarantee as it does go flat over time
dependent on usage. Additional ‘top-up’ bead can be purchased here. This does not affect your statutory rights.
